Automatically generate an Email

Ensure that the email feature is enabled in the tenant and that a default Licensing email is configured in the miscellaneous settings. 

 

1.Navigate to Licensing and select Manage Configuration, then click on Licence Types. 

2.Edit an existing Licence Type that has a Licence Notice Template configured. 

3.Create a new version of the Licence Type, then go to the Documents tab. 

4.Add an Email Template associated with the Licence Notice Template, then navigate to the Email

tab and enter the From Email Address. Next, set the Effective Date in the Main tab and click Save. 

5.Apply for the specified Licence Type and proceed to grant the application. 

 

Upon completion, the system should generate a Licence and send a Licence Notice Email to the Licence Holder’s registered email address. Additionally, an Email Record should be created, capturing the relevant context, sender, and recipient details, with a status of Sent.
