Only when Application and Licence category's are chosen and the restrictions tab is selected, a "new application" restriction will already be configured and cannot be deleted.

Application Fee Restrictions:

Application Type - This drop down displays a list of a application types eg. New Application, Transfer and Renewal. This fee type will only be displayed if the restriction configured aligns with the app type.

Application Status - This drop down lists the statuses that an application can be in eg. Received, Completed and Withdrawn. The fee type will only be displayed at that configured application status.

Actions - This button when pressed will delete the document line.

Add Fee Type Application Restriction - Clicking this button will add another row to the fee type to configure.

Licence Fee Restrictions:

Licence Type - This drop down displays a list of licence types the fee type can be configured to.

Is For Current Licences - When this checkbox is ticked the fee type will only be displayed when the licence created is at a status of current.

Is Auto Generated - When this checkbox is ticked the fee is automatically applied to licences of this type on the application types and statuses defined.

Actions - This button when pressed will delete the document line.

Add Fee Type Licence Restriction - Clicking this button will add another row to the fee type to configure.

Add Multiple Licence Types - When clicking this button a popup will be displayed with every licence type and checkboxes next to them. Clicking the add box after checking the licence types needed and they will be displayed in the field.
