Roles Block

Roles Block:

There will be two locked roles pre configured named Authorisation Holder and Correspondence Party, these can not be changed and are completely locked.

 

Order - This is sort order for the roles to appear on the application and documentation, number 1 will display that role as the first in the application and the last number will make the role be the last one displayed in the application.

 

Role Name - This is a type ahead field which determines the role configured to the licence type and licence when applying.

 

Mandatory - The checkbox determines whether the role is mandatory for the licence application to be valid.

 

Person Only - This checkbox determines whether the role will be filled by a person only.

 

Organisation Only - This checkbox determines whether the role will be filled by an organisation only.

 

Licence Role - This checkbox determines whether this role appears on the licence instrument or not.

 

Action - This holds the delete button in any case a user needs to delete the role.

 

Add Role - This is a button and when pressed it will add another role row to the block.
