Fields:

Name - This is a drop down of a list of dynamic fields that can be configured to a licence type like species, crew, authorized area etc. All fields will reflect the details they have configured in the record.

Mandatory - This checkbox determines whether populating the field is mandatory.

Actions - This button is the delete icon and when clicked will remove the row.
