Add Vehicle Restriction:

Category - This is a drop down with a list of category to configure to the licence type application.

Type - This is a list of preconfigured vehicle types associated with the selected category.

Mandatory - When this checkbox is ticked it makes the vehicle mandatory in the applications.

Actions - This button when pressed will delete the vehicle line.
