1.Click on Licensing -> Manage Configuration -> Licence Types on the left-hand side of the screen.

2.All the Licence Types in the system are shown on the Licence Types page.

3.The Search field accepts text which will be used for a case insensitive partial match against the

following columns values:

a.Reference

b.Name

c.Area

d.Prefix

e.Suffix.

4.Type in text in the search bar, click “Enter” or the magnifying glass.

5.The list filters to text searched for.

6.The “Advanced Filters” can be expanded when required by selecting the down arrow at the right of the field. The options are:

a.Effective From

b.Effective To

c.End Date From

d.End Date To

e.Licence Type Areas

f.Show History.

7.Click “Enter” or the magnifying glass.

8.The licence types will be shown after the list filters to the selected criteria.

9.Click on the edit symbol under the “Actions” column to edit the Licence Type.
