Acts

Acts and their related Sections are maintained within the system to allow the relevant legislation behind the licensing applications to be included in correspondence and documentation. As the legislation changes, old Acts and Sections can be retired and new ones created in advance of being needed.

 

1.Click on Legislation -> Acts on the left-hand side of the screen.

2.All the Acts in the system are shown on the “Acts” page.

3.You may search by Acts or Sections of Acts.

4.The Acts Search field accepts text which will be used for a case insensitive partial match against

the following columns values:

a.Detail

b.Description

c.Code

d.External Act Ref.

5.The Sections Search field accepts text which will be used for a case insensitive partial match

against the following columns values:

a.Detail

b.Description

c.Code

d.Section Ref

e.Act Details

f.Act Description

g.Act Code

h.Act External Ref.

6.Type in text in the search bar, click “Enter” or the magnifying glass.

7.The list filters to name searched for.

8.Click on the edits symbol under the “Actions” column to edit the Acts.

9.Sections may be reordered by clicking on the up arrow above the number to move them up the

order and the down arrow below the number to move them down.
