Additional Checks:

Config Locked - When creating a new version or a new fee type the checkbox will trigger when the effective date is in the future.

Mandatory - When checked the Fee Type must be applied in the configured situation.

Refund Authorisation Required - When checked a refund of the fee requires the Authorisation process to be followed.

Cancel Authorisation Required - When checked cancellation of the fee requires the Authorisation process to be followed.

Resubmission Allowed - When checked the fee type may be applied more than once in the configured situation.
