Add Place:

Place Class - This dropdown contains a list of place classes.

Place Type - This is a list of place types associated with the place class.

Mandatory - When this checkbox is ticked it makes the vehicle mandatory in the applications.

Actions - This button when pressed will delete the vehicle line.
