My Tasks

1.     Locate “My Tasks” on the left-hand side and click it.

2.     The “My Tasks” page will be shown.

3.     The Search field accepts text which will be used for a case insensitive partial match against the following columns values:

a.     Task Ref

b.     Title

c.      Summary

d.     Details Description

e.     Entity Ref.

4.Type in text into the search bar, click “Enter” or the magnifying glass.

5.The list filters to text searched for.

6.The “Advanced Filters” can be expanded when required by selecting the down arrow at the right of the field. The options are:

a.Due From date

b.     Due To date

c.     Type

d.     Priority.

7.Click “Enter” or the magnifying glass.

8.The Tasks will be shown after the list filters to the selected criteria.

9.To view the Task Details, click on a Task in the left column and the details will be displayed in the right box.

10.The related object may be opened by selecting the displayed hyperlink e.g. Application Ref.

 

Reallocating Task

1.As an assessment officer, click on my tasks from side bar.

2.It should display a list of tasks currently logged to the officer.

3.Click on a task, in details tab, click "reallocate" task button.

4.It should display fields:

a.Region

b.Office

c.Team

d.Officer

e.Comment.

5.Change the region, select office and officer or region and click save

6.The task will be allocated to chosen users or officers.

 

Editing task

1.Login as assessment officer, click on my tasks from side bar.

2.It should display a list of tasks currently logged to the officer.

3.Click on a task, it should display details of the task in details tab.

4.Click on “Edit” button it will enable fields which are editable.

5.Make any changes and click save, the task will display all the changes made against it.
