The My Licences section of the Home screen lists all the licence applications (in Progress tab) and current licences (Current tab) that you have.  

1.The “In Progress” tab displays the current status of all your applications.

2.Click on the red stop icon to Cancel the application.

3.You will be asked to confirm the cancellation.

4.Click on the “i” icon to have the application details displayed in a roll out window. 

5.Click on the Application Ref hyperlink to open the application where you can continue a “Saved”

application or review the details of a submitted form.

6.The “Current” tab displays any licences where you are the licence holder.

7.Click on the green arrows icon (arrow icon screenshot) to start a Transfer Application for that

licence. If there is a small triangle by the icon, there are multiple transfer application types to

choose from.

8.Click on the grey paper and pencil icon (amend icon screenshot)to start an Amendment

Application. If there is a small triangle by the icon, there are multiple amendment application types

to choose from.

9.Click on the black paper and shield icon to request a Status Change. If there is a small triangle by

the icon, there are multiple statuses to choose from.

10.Click on the “i” icon to have a summary of the licence details displayed in a roll out window.

11.Click on the Licence Hyperlink on the homepage to open and view the licence page where full

details can be viewed.
