Add Manual Assessment Actions

Assessment actions help officers decide an application.

1.     Click on an application that has a status of Pending Assessment.

2.     Click on the Assessment Action tab.

3.     On the tab, click on the “Add Optional Assessment” button.

4.     New Assessment Action pop up will appear.

5.     Choose the Task Description from the drop down.

6.     Choose a Result in the drop down.

7.     New fields will appear called Result Date (mandatory) and Comments. 

8.     Input a result date and comments if needed for the record and click the “Save” button.

9.     The assessment action will be displayed with information from the popup.
