Account Codes

1.Click on Fees ->  Manage Configuration -> Account Codes on the left-hand side of the screen.

2.All the Account Codes in the system are shown on the Account Codes page.

3.The Search field accepts text which will be used for a case insensitive partial match against the

following columns values:

a.Name

b.Code

c.Description

d.GL Code.

4.Type in text in the search bar, click “Enter” or the magnifying glass.

5.The list filters to text searched for.

6.Click on the edit symbol under the “Actions” column to edit the Account Code.

Create an account code

1.Click on Fees ->  Manage Configuration -> Account Codes on the left-hand side of the screen.

2. “Account Codes” search page is shown, click on the “New Account Code” button in the top right

corner.

3.The “New Account Code” page is shown.

4.Add the mandatory attributes as required.
