1.Locate “My Office Tasks” on the left-hand side menu and click it.
2.The “My Office Tasks” page will be shown.
3.The Search field accepts text which will be used for a case insensitive partial match against the
following columns values:
a.Task Name
b.Task Description
c.Related Object Details.
4.Type in text into the search bar, click “Enter” or the magnifying glass.

5.The list filters to text searched for.
6.The “Advanced Filters” can be expanded when required by selecting the down arrow at the right of
the field. The options are:
a.Region
b.Office
c.Team
d.Type
e.Due From
f.Due To
g.Status.
7.Click “Enter” or the magnifying glass.
8.The Tasks will be shown after the list filters to the selected criteria with the Unassigned tasks at the
top followed by the Officers alphabetically below, in ascending Due Date order.
9.Tasks may be dragged and dropped between Unassigned and an Officer or between Officers.
10. The entity related to the Task may be accessed from the hyperlink in the Task card.
11.Task details may be viewed, click on the “i” icon in the Task card.

12.From View Task the task may be Edited or Reallocated.
