Link Party

1.Click on the Link Party tab by going to User Management -> Users -> Clicking edit on an external

user 

2. If the user is already linked to a party, that party will be listed in the Linked Parties at the bottom of

the form displaying the Party Ref, Party Name, Party Type, Date the link was created. Date the link

was removed and an ”Unlink” icon.

3.If the party has been linked to the user in error, the “Unlink”  icon may be selected to remove the

link. The history of the linking will be retained with the date of unlinking displayed.

4.A new party may be linked to a user by searching for the party using a specific set of party details:

a.Exact match (case insensitive) for either surname or full name – mandatory

b.Exact match for at least one of:

i.      Date of Birth

ii.      Party Ref

iii.      Address (active)

iv.      Contact (active).

5.      The matching parties will be listed if they are not already linked to another user.

6.      Select the party to link and “Save”.

7.      Confirm that the correct person has been selected.

8.Now when the user next logs in, they will see the applications and licensing information related to

the linked party.
