Sub Types Block

Sub Types:

Detail - This is a type ahead that filters down to a list of sub types a user is able to configure on a licence type like transfer, V1 application etc.

External - If checked, then this application sub type will be available for external users to apply for.

Actions - This holds a delete button incase a sub type needs to be deleted.

Add Sub Type - This button will add another sub type row for configuration.

A locked sub type will already be configured for the application called "New Application" this cannot be changed or deleted.
