Add Priority Note to an Application

1.     Click on an application of any status.

2.     Click on the Priority Note button in the top right-hand corner.

3.     The View Priority Notes rollout will be displayed with records previously created displayed in the list if they exist.

4.     Click on the “Add Note” button.

5.     New Note fields will be displayed.

6.     Populate the Note Subject drop down, depending on the configuration when this is chosen it may populate all the other available fields.

7.     Enter some text into the Subject field.

8.     Enter some text into the Description field.

9.     Choose a Severity from the drop down.

10.  The Note Date field is prefilled and cannot be changed.

11.  Once done, click the “Save” button.

12.  The priority note is saved, and the screen directs the user back to the list of the notes and the newly created one is shown in the list.
