1.     Click on Licensing -> Manage Configuration -> Authorised Assets on the left-hand side of the screen.

2.     Authorised Assets page is shown.

3.     The Search field accepts text which will be used for a case insensitive partial match against the following columns values:

a.     Licence Ref

b.     Application Ref

c.     Licence Type

d.     Licence Holder.

4.     Type in text in the search bar, click “Enter” or the magnifying glass.

5.     The list filters to text searched for among authorised assets

6.     The “Advanced Filters” can be expanded when required by selecting the down arrow at the right of the field. The options are:

a.     Status

b.     Area

c.     Licence Type

d.     Include All Status

e.     Asset Category

f.       Asset Type

g.     Purpose Category

h.     Asset Purpose

i.       Asset Model

j.       Asset Item

k.     Effective From

l.       Effective To

m.    End Date From

n.     End Date To.

7.     Click “Enter” or the magnifying glass.

8.     The Authorised Assets will be shown after the list filters to the selected criteria.

9.     To view a Security Interest, click on the Licence Ref and navigate to the authorised assets tab.
