To view the applications submitted where the current external user is a licence holder, click on “My Applications” on the left-hand side of the screen.

The “Application Processes” page will show all saved and submitted applications with their application types, application references, licence types, licence reference and licence holder. It will also have an information icon, when pressed on it will show “Quick View” details for the application.

Saved applications may be resumed by clicking on the Application Ref hyperlink which will open the application form with the data that was entered when the form was saved and exited.

Applications that have been submitted and are awaiting a decision by the Department may be opened for review by clicking on the Application Ref hyperlink which will open the application form with the data that was submitted.

When an application is for more than one licence, the application status may not be the same as the statuses on the licences applied for, e.g. one of the licences may have been granted while another is still awaiting a decision.

Once a licence has been granted, the Licence Ref becomes a hyperlink that may be used to access the licence details.
