Users

1.Click on User Management -> Users on the left-hand side of the screen.

2.All the Users configured in the system are shown on the page.

3.The Search field accepts text which will be used for a case insensitive partial match against the

following columns values:

a.Username

b.Name

c.Email

d.Phone Number.

4.Type in text in the search bar, click “Enter” or the magnifying glass.

5.The list filters to text searched for.

6.The “Advanced Filters” can be expanded when required by selecting the down arrow at the right of

the field. The options are:

a.Primary Office

b.Officer Position

c.Include Officers

d.Include Inactive

7.Click “Enter” or the magnifying glass.

8.The licences will be shown after the list filters to the selected criteria.

9.To view the Users Details, click on the edit icon.
