1.     Click on the “New Asset Item” button.

2.     New Asset Item pop up will be displayed.

3.     Populate the pop up with a Model by clicking the magnifying glass next to the field.

4.     Asset Models search will be displayed.

5.     Click the search magnifying glass and the models will appear in the search.

6.     Click on an asset model and then click “Save”.

7.     The model will be saved in the new asset item popup.

8.     Other fields can be configured such as:

a.     Party

b.     Purpose

c.     Serial Number

d.     Data Conversion Ref.

9.     Once the new asset item has the data needed click on the “Save” button.

10.  The Asset Item is created and displayed in the list.
