Activities

1.Click on Licensing ->  Manage Configuration -> Activities on the left-hand side of the screen.

2.All the Activities in the system are shown on the Activities page.

3.The Search field accepts text which will be used for a case insensitive partial match against the

following columns values:

a.Name

b.Code.

4.Type in text in the search bar, click “Enter” or the magnifying glass.

5.The list filters to text searched for.

6.The “Advanced Filters” can be expanded when required by selecting the down arrow at the right of

the field. The options are:

a.Include Inactive.

7.Click “Enter” or the magnifying glass.

8.The activities will be shown after the list filters to the selected criteria.

9.Click on the pen and paper symbol under the “Actions” column to edit the Condition Details.

 

Create an activity

1.Click on Licensing ->  Manage Configuration -> Activities on the left-hand side of the screen.

2.“Activities” search page is shown, click on the “New Activity” button in the top right corner.

3.The “New Activity” page is shown.

4.Add the mandatory attributes as required and click “Save”.
