1.Click on Licensing -> Manage Configuration -> Licence Roles on the left-hand side menu of the
screen.
2.All the Licence Roles in the system are shown on the Licence Roles page.
3.The Search field accepts text which will be used for a case insensitive partial match against the
following columns values:
a.Detail
b.Code.
4.Type in text in the search bar, click “Enter” or the magnifying glass.

5.The list filters to text searched for.
6.The licence roles will be shown after the list filters to the selected criteria.
7.Click on the edit symbol under the “Actions” column to edit the Licence Roles.

Create a licence role
1.Click on Licensing -> Manage Configuration -> Licence Roles on the left-hand side of the screen.
2.“Licence Roles” search page is shown, click on the “New Licence Role” button in the top right
corner.

3.The “New Licence Role” page is shown.
4.When populating the “Code” it must be unique to that record.

5.Add the mandatory attributes as required.
