1. Expand compliance from sidebar and then click on Offences. 2. On the page, click the New Offences button. 3. The offences screen will appear with mandatory and non mandatory fields.

4. Input information in the description, Act, Section and Count fields as they are mandatory and

require to be filled.

5.All other fields without a mandatory indicator can be configured as needed for the offence.

6.Click on the save button.

5. An offence reference will be generated and the information will be retained, new tabs called,

Investigations, Cases and Compliance Actions will also

appear that can be linked to the offence.
