1.     In a new or draft condition detail click on edit for any existing condition detail.

2.     Go to Activities tab. The Activities tab will display with an “Add Activity” button and already added activities (active ones).

3.     Click on Add Activity.

4.     The Activities Modal will be shown to select the activity.

5.     Select an activity and click on “Add”.

6.     The activity row will be added and displayed with
a.   Order
b. Activity Name - read only value
c. Activity Code - read only value
d. Is Defaulted Mandatory
e. A delete button to remove activity

8.     Click on “Save” for the condition detail to be saved.

9.     The condition detail will be updated with the added activities linked to the condition.
