Deciding an application is the final step of application processing.

1.     Click on an application that has a status of Pending Decision.

2.     Click on the Decision tab.

3.     Click on the Decision drop down and choose an option displayed.

4.     Click on the “Save” button.

5.     The application will be saved with the decision chosen. If Reject is chosen it will stay at Pending Decision, if Further Assessment is chosen it will stay at Pending Decision and if Approve is chosen it will update to Complete status and a licence will be created.
