1.Click on Parties -> Person Search on the left-hand side of the screen. 

2.“People” page loads, click on an existing person. 

3.Click to view the priority notes from the top right-hand corner of the page, it should open priority

note drawer.  

4.Click add Note and select “Do not issue” from Note subject dropdown. 

5.It should display option to add Licence type, choose to add a licence type. 

6.Click save. 

7.It should block the party from issuing a licence for selected licence types.
