1.Click on Tasks -> Manage Configuration ->Task Request Types on the left-hand side of the screen.

2.All the Task Request Types in the system are shown on the page.

3.Click on the edit icon for one of the Task Request Types.

4."Update” pop up with all details are shown.

Create a Task Request Type

1.Click on Tasks -> Manage Configuration ->Task Request Types on the left-hand side of the screen.

2.All the Task Request Types in the system are shown on the page.

3.Click on “New Task Request Type”, a “New Task Request Type” pop up appears.

4.Enter all mandatory information and other relevant details and click “Save”.

5.The Task Type will be saved in the list and can be searched for.
