Update a Persons details

1.Search for a Person in the “Person Search”.

2.Once the Person has been located click on the edit button under “Actions”.

3. A pop up will appear from the left hand side called “Update Person” and will allow viewing and

editing the information.

4.The Names tab will allow aliases related to the person to be viewed and maintained.

5.The Address tab will allow addresses related to the person to be viewed and maintained.

6.The Contacts tab will allow contact methods for the person to be viewed and maintained along

with their preferred contact method.

7.Documents related to the Person may be viewed from the Documents tab with new documents

uploaded and attached.

8.Outstanding fees related to the Person may be viewed from the Fees tab. New Fees may be added,

invoices generated and payments processed by BPoint.

9.Complaints related to the Person may be viewed from the Complaints tab.
