1.Locate “Application Search” on the left-hand side menu and click it.

2.The “Application Processes” page and all applications submitted are shown in this page.

3.The Search field accepts text which will be used for a case insensitive partial match against the

following columns values:

a.Application Ref

b.Licence Type

c.Licence Ref

d.Licence Holder

4.Paste the application reference saved when submitting an application into the search bar at the

top of the screen.

5.Click “Enter” or the magnifying glass.

6.The application will be shown after the list filters to the reference number.

7.The “Advanced Filters” can be expanded when required by selecting the down arrow at the right of

the field. The options are:

a.Received From date

b.Received To date

c.Application Type

d.Application Status.

8.Click “Enter” or the magnifying glass.

9.The applications will be shown after the list filters to the selected criteria.

10.To open the application, click on the Application Ref.

11.For an application with a status of “Completed” you may view the Licence Details by selecting the Licence Ref.

12.The application can be viewed from the information icon as well.
