When viewing a licences full information and clicking on the additional details tab and then emails. To send an email manually click the create email button. The email templates configured for that licence will be displayed, once the template is chosen clicking on proceed will bring the user to the draft email.
Template - This field is locked and displays the email templates name for the email.
To - This will display the email of the licence holder the licence has attached.
Add Party/User - When clicking on this button a search for both users and organisations will appear with the names displayed. An orange add sign is the way to attach another party to the email.
From - This is the email that will be displayed as the sender.
Cc - An add party/user button is displayed and can be chosen for the email as a list and search of people and organisations are displayed if chosen.
Regenerate - This button will be displayed if changes have already been made to any draft email. When clicking on this it will regenerate the email to default based on the email template configured for it and will refresh any changes made.
Subject - This will pre populated with any content that was based on the email template configured but it can be updated. This is the subject line for the email that will be sent to a client.
Content - This may also be pre populated due to the email template configuration, this can be updated as well. This is the body of the email, so all the text content should be here. Next to this a text and layout change buttons will be available to be used to change text, colour, bold etc. Below the text side a paragraph layout will be displayed so the user can change the layout of the email body like dot points, centre, header etc.
The size of the email displayed can be changed through clicking on the drop down which is default to 100% and change it.
Add attachment - when clicking on this button a search will be displayed and a list of documents ONLY for the licence that has been generated or attached will be displayed. Any of these documents can be added to the email by clicking the orange add button. The attachment will be displayed at the bottom of the rollout.
Delete - This button when clicked will delete the draft email.
Save - This button when clicked will save any changes to the email.
Send Email - this button will send the email to the user configured as the to email address.
