Create a condition

1.     Click on Licensing ->  Manage Configuration -> Conditions on the left-hand side of the screen.

2.     “Condition Details” search page is shown, click on the “New Condition Detail” button in the top

right corner.

3.     The “New Condition Detail” page is shown.

4.     On the Condition tab, enter the text for the condition, using the “Fields” dropdown list to insert text markers for the data that is to be inserted at that point.

5.On the Details tab, add all the mandatory attributes and change all fields as required.

6.Click “Save”.

7.A success message will appear, click “Ok”.

8.If the effective date is blank or a future date the template will remain with a “Draft” status

otherwise it will have a “Current” status.

9.To return to the Document Template Search form click “Back to results”.
