1.At the top of the screen click the “Amend a Licence” button.

2.A rollout will appear and display all current licences that can be amended.

3.The list may be refined by entering one of the following in the Search field:

a.      Licence Ref

b.      Licence Type

c.      Licence Holder Name

and clicking the “Search” symbol.

4.Click the pen and paper symbol under the “Actions” column and choose the type of amendment.

5.An application with the chosen amendment type will load.
