Conditions

Conditions are usually associated with Licence Types and may be grouped into sets of conditions.

1.Click on Licensing ->  Manage Configuration -> Conditions on the left-hand side of the screen.

2.All the Conditions in the system are shown on the Condition Details page.

3.The Search field accepts text which will be used for a case insensitive partial match against the

following columns values:

a.Condition Ref

b.Code

c.Description.

4.Type in text in the search bar, click “Enter” or the magnifying glass.

5.The list filters to text searched for.

6.The “Advanced Filters” can be expanded when required by selecting the down arrow at the right of

the field. The options are:

a.Effective From Date

b.Effective To Date

c.End Date From

d.End Date To

e.Condition Set

f.Show History.

7.Click “Enter” or the magnifying glass.

8.The conditions will be shown after the list filters to the selected criteria.

9.Click on the “i” under the “Actions” column to view the Condition Details.

10.Click on the edit symbol under the “Actions” column to edit the Condition Details.
